Belarusians have started looking for work in Poland ever more actively, most of them members of the intelligentsia and mid-level managers. However, they seek equivalent positions in their field and are not yet particularly prepared for physical labour.

Since the political situation in Belarus began to escalate, company managers and directors, entrepreneurs, architects, doctors and members of the creative intelligentsia (actors, ballerinas) have been going to Poland. Above all, they want to find work in their field or highly qualified employment.
