Employers have to think about providing the best possible conditions to retain a worker, says Vitalia Korsun, director of the cooperation department at Gremi Personal. The agency is hiring more and more people from countries other than Ukraine. – We already employ people from the Philippines and Colombia. The latter country is a very interesting direction, because workers from Colombia can work in Poland without a visa. There is also great interest among Russian-speaking workers from Central Asian countries, namely Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. They used to go to work in Russia, but because of the war they are now more interested in working in Europe – she adds.
