Polish enterprises are consistently expanding their presence in the Ukrainian market. Analysis shows that 146 companies with Polish beneficiaries exceeded the threshold of 100 million UAH in revenue, while the combined turnover of the largest companies grew by 20% year over year, confirming the growing scale of investment despite challenging market conditions.

Evgenij Kirichenko, CEO of Gremi Personal and founder of the Gremi Personal Analytical Center, notes that more and more Polish companies are building long-term operational structures in Ukraine. The expert also emphasizes that as operations expand, local expertise, knowledge of the labor market, and effective staffing become increasingly important.
