Divides in the labour market are ever clearer. Some recruit, others lay off

Analyses by the Gremi Personal Analytical Centre show that the labour market is polarising ever more strongly — some companies are increasing employment, others are cutting it. Although the level of wages remains relatively stable, the pace of recruitment today depends mainly on the situation in specific industries.
The greatest demand for workers persists in manufacturing and technology sectors, while logistics, trade and construction more often face slowdown and job cuts. As a result, both the demand for specialists and the number of planned layoffs are rising at the same time.
