The Polish labour market is entering 2026 in a stabilisation phase, and in selected sectors — the first rebound. Employment will grow fastest in logistics, the processing industry and e-commerce, while companies still approach labour costs and new recruitment cautiously. These conclusions stem from the NEI Index data for the third quarter of 2025.
