Poland will fill a shortage of 70,000 doctors with medics from Ukraine

To this end, the Sejm proposed simplifying the procedure for employing doctors with professional qualifications from outside the EU. “Right now we are dealing with a situation where Ukrainian doctors and medical staff already work in Poland, but often not in their profession. Or they travel to the most popular destinations for Ukrainian doctors – the Czech Republic and Slovakia, where qualification-verification procedures are much easier and faster,” explains Gremi Personal owner Evgenij Kirichenko.
