Even owners of small and medium businesses go to work in Poland

According to the Gremi Personal Analytical Centre, such workers currently make up about 15% of Ukrainians coming to work in Polish factories. Ukrainian workers with more labour migration experience are often first hired in production, and then, after gaining experience and learning the language, open their own business in Poland or seek more qualified work.
