According to Gremi Personal's analyses, the Polish government miscalculated on massively bringing medics from the East into the country. There are at least several reasons, among them doctors' pay — even though in Poland it could be 4.5 times higher. So what is the problem? — Despite the Polish government's efforts, a mass migration of medical staff from Ukraine and Belarus is unlikely to happen.
