The MOS2 system was meant to streamline the legalization of foreigners' stay and employment, but its first weeks of operation revealed a number of technical and organizational problems. Employers point out that system errors, limited functionality, and complicated procedures still hinder the efficient hiring of foreign workers.
As Tomas Bogdevic, CEO of Gremi Personal, points out, digitalization is a step in the right direction, but it alone will not solve the problem of protracted administrative proceedings. Experts agree that for MOS2 to genuinely streamline processes, further organizational changes, greater user support, and improved efficiency at government offices are needed.
