"The hiring activity of industrial companies is the highest in history, and Austrian and Dutch firms stood out the most in this respect — this is very good news for the European market, and Poland also recorded strong growth in line with global trends; employment agencies are also seeing a big rise in employers' interest. This is driven by: the high season, the easing of restrictions, and the unfreezing of several sectors, including HoReCa. Our Gremi Personal Analytical Centre forecasts that the situation may change in September, when European states introduce new restrictions caused by another mutation of the Covid-19 virus. The Polish government has already introduced mandatory quarantine for foreigners from outside the Schengen area, which significantly lengthens the process of recruiting and bringing in workers from outside the EU", says Evgenij Kirichenko, founder of the employment agency Gremi Personal.
