Kyivpost.com: Poland extends legal stay for Ukrainians with biometric passports.

The Polish government decided to automatically extend the legal stay of Ukrainians residing in the country with biometric passports that had expired since the state of epidemic was declared on 14 March. The Ukrainian magazine Kyiv Post quotes a Gremi Personal press release in English: “According to the Analytical Department of the international recruitment agency Gremi Personal, on 17 April a law was published (the Act on special support instruments in connection with the spread of SARS-CoV-2) that allows foreigners to legally stay in Poland for 30 days after the end of the epidemic without having to apply for a temporary residence permit.”
