The Analytical Centre of Gremi Personal has for the second time conducted a sociological study of the adaptation and integration intentions of Ukrainian labour migrants working in Poland. One of the analysts' conclusions points to a real year-on-year increase in respondents' interest in buying property in Poland, by more than 20 percent: from 34 percent of respondents in 2020 to 55.5 percent in 2021. In 2019, foreigners acquired nearly 8,500 flats and almost 2,500 commercial premises.
