The decision to organise a second charter was made in connection with the steadily growing demand of Polish employers for workers from Ukraine, as well as the growing number of applications from Ukrainian citizens for employment in Poland. A charter flight for Ukrainian workers is currently the safest and fastest way to get to Poland.
