In the third quarter, Polish companies were cutting employment, and the machinery sector felt it most strongly — according to a Gremi Personal report. Despite falling demand for workers, the authors point to a stabilisation of macroeconomic indicators and forecast an improvement in the employment situation at the turn of 2025 and 2026. The analysis covers 15 indicators describing the condition of the labour market and the economy.
