Ukraine and Poland both want to solve the problem of labour shortages and demography. But the main resource for both countries is the same – Ukrainian labour migrants. Poland is winning for now. Poland makes migration decisions much more effectively and quickly. It is the only country in Europe where Ukrainians can work by entering on a visa-free basis and holding a work permit.
