Since mid-May, the Polish economy has begun gradually lifting pandemic restrictions, which again drove up demand in some sectors for labour from Ukraine. Besides the traditional seasonal rise in vacancies in agriculture, migrant workers are needed in the food industry, logistics, construction, hotels and restaurants and, interestingly, in the production of electric vehicle parts.
