Evgenij Kirichenko, owner of Gremi Personal, predicts that labour migration from Ukraine will not only fail to decrease but will actually grow. Due to the unfavourable economic situation in Ukraine, interest in working in Poland is rising. Thanks, among other things, to the Anti-Crisis Shield act on the legal extension of stay, a mass departure of migrants was prevented, which also confirmed Poland's image as one of the most convenient labour markets in Europe.
