The pandemic is a chance for Polish employers to retain labour migrants who intended to work in other countries. But unless a more lenient visa programme and measures to ease Ukrainians' assimilation appear at the level of state policy, then even under the current pandemic and quarantine restrictions they will increasingly choose not Poland but the Czech Republic and Germany, believe experts of the Analytical Centre of the international employment agency Gremi Personal.
