About 100 companies in the logistics and industrial sectors are looking for workers from the East. The recruitment agency Gremi Personal will organise, at its own expense, special charter flights to bring workers from Ukraine. “About 100 companies from logistics and industry that need labour have already contacted us,” Gremi Personal CEO Tomas Bogdevic says in an interview with Business Insider Polska. “Interestingly, demand is not falling, even though at the start of the epidemic some workers from closed hotels and restaurants took jobs in sectors facing staff shortages.” Ukrainian workers are showing similarly strong interest. So far about 1,000 people have contacted us.
