Despite the ongoing war, corruption and other destabilising factors, some Polish firms are investing in Ukraine. There is much at stake: estimates show that rebuilding the country alone will require over half a trillion euros. Oleh Rudenko of the Gremi Personal Analytical Centre argues that the risk taken offers a significant advantage – the chance to be among the first players who will not only take part in rebuilding Ukraine, but also secure a strong position in one of the most promising markets in the coming years.
