A new trend in the labour market: in a crisis, the market belongs to companies

date2020-04-13

Evgenij Kirichenko, owner of Gremi Personal, notes a new trend in the labour market in an interview for the Avers TV channel (Ukraine):

"When there is no crisis, the labour market belongs to the worker. It is they who choose which company they want to work for, and we, the companies, fight for the best. In times of crisis, the market belongs to the companies, and this is a good moment to choose the best workers and grow in this respect. This trend may last 5–6 months."
