✅ The latest research conducted by the Gremi Personal Analytical Center shows that the number of Ukrainians planning to stay in Poland has fallen by half compared to last year. A survey of 1,150 people revealed that 43% of Ukrainian citizens residing in Poland are having difficulty deciding whether to return home, and 19% plan to stay in Poland at least until the end of the war. "This is an enormous number, given how many Ukrainians live in Poland — they are the largest group of foreigners in the country," emphasized CEO Evgenij Kirichenko. "I think the gender ratio in the labor market is influenced by two factors — first, as we know, over the past two years the pre-war labor migrants have been replaced by female refugees.
