Surviving the Winter. Gremi Personal Has Prepared a Special Winter Programme in Poland for Ukrainians

NV Business has published an article based on data from the international employment company Gremi Personal, highlighting a new labour market trend: demand among Ukrainians for short-term work in Poland is growing in response to the security situation in Ukraine.

A growing number of people are looking for the opportunity to leave the country for two to three months, earn money and wait out the difficult winter period in stable conditions - without committing to a permanent move.

In response to this demand, Gremi Personal has prepared a special winter programme for Ukrainians in Poland.

We have selected dedicated vacancies at warehouses and production facilities in Poland with an estimated earning potential of between $1,200 and $2,000. We also provide free bus travel from Ukraine to Poland and accommodation with everything needed. Upon arrival in Poland, each programme participant is assigned a personal coordinator who supports them during the adaptation period and remains their point of contact for the entire duration of their employment.

We wish to emphasise separately: temporary protection status is not required in order to take up short-term work. Ukrainian nationals may enter Poland under the visa-free regime with a biometric passport and stay for up to 90 days within a 180-day period, while the right to work is formalised by the employer.
