Changes in the remote work market. Ukrainians are losing opportunities for fully remote work abroad
The think tanks Gremi Personal and AntForce Analytics have presented a joint study showing a shift in approaches to work organisation in Europe. After several years of growth, fully remote work is gradually losing ground, with companies moving towards hybrid formats.
An article in NV Business notes that the proportion of remote vacancies in Europe is shrinking significantly, and new employment models are creating different requirements for employees. For Ukrainians, this means reduced access to highly skilled work abroad and the need to adapt to new labour market conditions.
