This is stated in an article by RBC-Ukraine, based on a joint study by the think tanks Gremi Personal and AntForce Analytics. Experts note that the rise in earnings is linked to staff shortages, the growth of online retail and changes in the economy. In certain professions in Ukraine, salaries have risen by more than 100%, whilst in Poland the highest earnings are traditionally concentrated in managerial and specialist roles within logistics.
