“Shift in the labor market.” Demand for some professions is declining in Poland — what is now being offered and to whom
A structural shift is forming in the Polish labor market: demand is moving toward manual workers, while in some sectors the need for qualified personnel is decreasing. This is stated in an NV article based on data from the analytical center of the international employment company Gremi Personal.
Experts note that the largest decline in employment is observed in industry and business services, while logistics, HoReCa, and the food sector are showing growth. Under such conditions, the role of labor migrants, in particular Ukrainians, remains key for the stability of the Polish economy.
