Labor market in Poland: where it is now easier for Ukrainians to find a job and where there is a risk of layoffs
The structure of labor demand in Poland is changing: businesses are increasingly looking for workers in manual professions, while layoffs are increasing in some sectors. This is stated in an RBC-Ukraine article based on analysis from the analytical center of the international employment company Gremi Personal.
Experts note that the highest growth in employment is observed in logistics, the food industry, and the HoReCa sector, while industry and trade are experiencing a decline. Under such conditions, the role of foreign workers, particularly Ukrainians, remains critically important for the stability of the Polish economy.
