How Employment at Gremi Personal Works: From Application to First Day on the Job
When looking for work in Poland, it is important not only to find a vacancy but also to understand in advance what conditions are being offered, which documents will be needed and who to contact if questions arise. At Gremi Personal, the employment process is structured so that at every stage you know what comes next.
From the first application to your first day at work, you are accompanied by a recruiter and a coordinator, and all the key terms of the vacancy are provided to you before you make your decision. Here is how the employment process at Gremi Personal works in 2026.
Submitting a Job Application
Everything begins with an enquiry on the website or a message via one of our messaging platforms. All you need to do is leave your name, phone number and a few words about the kind of work you are looking for.
From there, we take care of finding suitable vacancies - you do not need to browse through dozens of advertisements yourself and try to work out which ones suit you. The decision always remains yours: we propose options, explain the terms and answer your questions, and you choose the vacancy that is right for you.
Meeting with a Recruiter
After submitting your application, a recruiter gets in touch with you. They ask about your work experience, your preferred city of work in Poland, a schedule that suits you and the salary level you are expecting.
This conversation helps to determine what kind of work to propose to you. The more precisely the recruiter understands your expectations, the easier it is to find vacancies that match them rather than suggesting random options.
Vacancy Selection
When we propose a vacancy, you immediately receive all the terms of employment: the pay rate, schedule, type of contract and information about accommodation, if it is provided.
You can take your time to review the offer, ask additional questions and compare the terms. You do not need to clarify the key details after you have already started work - you know them before you agree to the vacancy.
Finding work and selecting a vacancy through Gremi Personal is free of charge.
Completing the Formalities
Once you have chosen a vacancy, we help you prepare the documents required to start work and also provide documents that may be needed for further legalisation of your stay in Poland.
We help you get to the Gremi Personal office, where the contract is signed and the pre-employment formalities are completed. At this stage, you receive all the necessary information about the next steps: the address of your accommodation, the date of your medical examination and your start date.
Once the formalities are complete, you are not left to manage all the organisational matters on your own. You have ongoing contact with a coordinator who knows your vacancy and helps you through the subsequent stages both before and after you start work.
Coordinator Support
The coordinator remains your primary point of contact throughout the entire period of your employment. You can turn to them not only with questions about work, your schedule or organisational matters at the workplace, but also when you need help with everyday tasks in a new city.
The coordinator can advise you on how to buy a public transport ticket, where the nearest shops are or how to get to a particular destination. They accompany the candidate to the medical examination and, in situations where a language barrier arises, can help with translation.
On your first day at work, the coordinator also helps you find your bearings: they show you where to go, where your department is located and who to speak to next. Their work does not end after your first shift. The coordinator remains the person you can turn to if questions arise during your employment or if you encounter situations that are difficult to handle on your own.
Support and Care
Throughout your entire period of employment, you will feel the support and care of Gremi Personal. During your time at work, you can make use of additional services and contact the team with any questions that arise along the way.
Employees have access to a telemedicine service, which allows them to receive a medical consultation remotely. There is also a contact centre where you can raise questions, suggestions or leave feedback about your work and your experience with the company.
We also support our employees beyond work-related matters: we prepare gifts for the holidays and have been running a social initiative for employees' children - "Gremi Dream" - for five years, through which children can receive a scholarship. It is important to us that each person feels supported not only on their first day of work, but throughout the entire period of their collaboration with Gremi Personal.
A decision to work abroad involves many organisational steps, which is why we build this process so that at every stage you know what comes next, you are aware of the terms of your vacancy and you have a contact person to turn to with any questions.
